1. Services

GT Studio provides web design, development, brand strategy, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Project Process

  • Projects begin after an initial consultation and agreement on scope and pricing
  • A deposit is required before work commences
  • You will have the opportunity to review and approve designs before development
  • Revisions are included as specified in your project agreement

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Typically, a 50% deposit is required upfront with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery. Late payments may result in project delays.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom designs and code created specifically for your project. GT Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during the design process
  • Ensure all content provided is owned by you or properly licensed

6. Post-Launch Support

Every project includes 30 days of free support after launch covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional support and maintenance is available through our monthly plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

GT Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any completed work up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
