1. Agreement

By accessing or using greentomatoes.studio ("the Site") or purchasing any product or service from Green Tomatoes Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Green Tomatoes Studio provides brand launch services including creative production, web and app development, photography, videography, animation, AI content, SEO, and growth strategy. The scope of any engagement is agreed upon in a separate proposal or service agreement before work begins.

3. Digital Products (Store)

Products sold through the Green Tomatoes Studio Store (preset packs, templates, tools, and similar digital goods) are subject to the following terms:

• License — Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each purchase grants you a single-seat, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use on up to 2 projects.
• No redistribution — You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any digital product purchased from the store, in whole or in part.
• No refunds — All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Updates — Where stated, product updates are included for the period specified on the product page.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (international) or Paystack (Nigeria). Green Tomatoes Studio does not store payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including copy, images, video, design, code, and branding — is the property of Green Tomatoes Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission.

Client work produced under a service agreement remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Tomatoes Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site or any purchased product to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Green Tomatoes Studio

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
